About Me

I'm Mohammed Al-Taee, information technology professional, social media leader, and next-generation project manager with an excellent reputation with all prior employers. I offer a proven ability to shape an organization's performance and responsiveness to business needs in ways that contribute to customer satisfaction, service delivery, and overall cost control.

I hold a Master’s degree (M.S.) in Computer Engineering from Al-Nahrian University and have earned several certifications, including: Project Management Professional (PMP), IT Infrastructure Library - foundation certified - ITIL® v2, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), and Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP). I have a solid work ethic, high motivation, and possess a dedication for working toward optimal team operations, remaining focused on the company vision at all times.

My passion for blogging inspired me to start AltaeeBlog.com in 2009. My goal with my blog is to offer real value and knowledge to people. My writings focus on:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

I think that Project Managers will be using the latest technology tools such Google Wave, Twitter, and other real time collaborative tools to manage their projects. I believe that project managers should focus on PEOPLE, not technology. It's not a trade off--I'm just saying that these tech tools should be used to facilitate and simplify our communication. It's not substitute for offline face-to-face communication with team members, but a way to save projects money and time. Who would say NO to that? (Back To Top)

I agree with these words of the great scientist and philosopher, Albert Einstein: “It has become appallingly obvious that our technology has exceeded our humanity.” I believe that we should humanize the web using tech tools. Success in the future will not be based on one-way communication of one’s message, resume, or brand. Rather, it will be a robust two-way conversation inside communities of shared interest.
